Admission Requirements by Course Level

Diploma Courses

UACE Certificate with at least one principal pass and two subsidiaries
Atleast 3 passes and one of which MUST be in Mathematics at O'level
A National Certificate in a related field from UBTEB.
Completed application form
Recent passport photographs (4 copies)
Copy of birth certificate
Application fee payment (UGX 55,000)

Certificate Courses

At least 3Ds at O' Level (New Curriculum)
At least 3 passes at O' level (Old Curriculum)
A Polytechnic Certificate in a related field from UBTEB
Completed application form
Recent passport photographs (4 copies)
Copy of birth certificate

Polytechnic Courses

At least 2 passes in PLE obtained at the same sitting
